Lis loves being a Realtor® and takes impeccable care of her clients. She excels at helping people navigate buying or selling a home and finds her work fun, rewarding, and never dull. Ultimately, Lis aims to bring her life experience, intellect, and compassion to every deal.
 
Buying a new home is much more than getting a mortgage; it's the beginning of a new chapter in life. Whether it's first-time buyers stepping onto the property ladder, folks moving to the Northstate from elsewhere, or empty nesters ready to downsize, Lis loves being there when her clients fall in love with a property. It can happen at the first showing or the 50th, but it's always a magical moment and a privilege to be part of.
 
Lis and her husband moved to Redding from Southern California and have fallen in love with the beauty of the Northstate. They live in the Magnolia District with their dog, Rosie, and enjoy working on their vintage home — built in 1940 — and puttering in the yard.
