Born and raised in Redding, Shawna Love has never wanted to live anywhere else. She married her high school sweetheart, graduated from Simpson University, and is dedicated to serving her community.

Shawna enjoys working behind the scenes at Magnolia Homes, helping the team provide all clients with a smooth, worry-free real estate experience. Whether helping buyers, sellers, or investors, Shawna goes the extra mile to address details and ensure that vital communication flows freely so that clients are informed and confident in their choices.

In the spirit of community service, Shawna volunteers at ShiningCare, a nonprofit dedicated to helping elders at risk, adults with disabilities, and their loved ones. She’s also a caregiver for kids with special needs. On her own time, Shawna and her husband enjoy playing board games, bowling, and hiking around Shasta County.
