Meet Stacy

Magnolia Homes founder Stacy Baxter became a real estate agent to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and to create exceptional experiences. Whether helping apprehensive first-time buyers, sellers uprooted by divorce, or single parents searching for security, Stacy has successfully guided clients of all backgrounds with compassion and loyalty. She consistently gives her buyers an edge, getting them into their dream homes in the increasingly tough buyer’s market. Along with her steady record of delivering high returns to her sellers, that has made Stacy one of the top agents in the Northstate, year after year. To date, her total sales volume has exceeded $100 million.

 

Stacy credits her degree in psychology for her ability to strategize on behalf of her clients. She can ascertain her buyers’ short- and long-term goals and prepare listings for her sellers that speak to the ideal buyers. In addition to real estate sales, Stacy also renovates homes with her husband. She uses the knowledge and experience she’s gained to help her clients determine if their property needs just a bit of elbow grease or a full-blown makeover. Furthermore, Stacy is the only agent in town who offers soup-to-nuts staging services worthy of her own HGTV show. With her 3,000 square-foot warehouse jam-packed with staging inventory and access to almost any type of tradesperson, Stacy’s custom-staged homes consistently outperform competing listings.

 

Originally from Colusa, California, Stacy has lived in Redding for two decades. She’s passionate about the gentrification taking place in the Magnolia District and the evolution of Downtown Redding, which she shows by supporting local businesses. Stacy and her husband are adoption advocates: One of their two children is adopted, and they have a houseful of adopted animals. She’s dedicated to helping Haven Humane long-term shelter dogs find their forever homes, highlighting them in monthly videos she produces on her social media platforms. Stacy loves contributing to the NorCal community and helping people change their lives through real estate.
